Purpose of collection

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, conduct an initial wellbeing assessment, and provide counselling or supervision services. Emergency contact details are collected for duty-of-care purposes only. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent.

Your data is transmitted securely and stored with care. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure.

We use Resend to send emails. Resend processes your email address and message content for the purpose of delivering correspondence. Booking data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database service. Both Resend and Supabase are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection commitments.
